If breakfast can be dinner, why not lunch?
When you’re trying to come up with a quick evening meal, it’s always nice to know you can fall back on good old “breakfast for dinner.” A meal of bacon and eggs or pancakes is quick and easy to fix, it doesn’t call for any special ingredients, and everybody likes it.
All you need are some little silver dollar pancakes, small enough to fit in an Easy LunchBox. You can make your own, or pick up a box from the freezer case – either way is pretty easy.
Then just add a little cup of syrup for dipping and some breakfast sides – a couple of rashers of bacon, some yogurt, and a mandarin orange – and you’ve got a Breakfast for Lunch Easy Lunchbox, all ready for lunchtime.
