Thanksgiving is over but the refrigerator is still full of leftovers. Are you tired of turkey sandwiches? This casserole is the perfect casserole you can make with all the leftovers in your fridge.
Grab the leftover turkey, gravy, vegetables, and a box of stuffing. This is such a quick casserole and can be ready in under 40 minutes.

Recipe Notes:
- We are using leftover turkey from the holidays, but you can use shredded chicken and substitute the turkey gravy with chicken gravy.
- If you want more liquid consistency, then I recommend making only 1 box of stuffing. If you do this only use 1 1⁄4 cup of water and 4 tablespoons of butter.
- The more time that this casserole rests the more the stuffing absorbs the liquid.
- If you have turkey gravy left over, you can use that in replace of canned gravy.
- You do not have to add salt to this dish. From the turkey, stuffing, and gravy that brings in enough salt, so you do not have to add any more.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in a refrigerator for up to 3 days.
I used the carrots and celery left over from the vegetable platter but if you have leftover green
beans or even broccoli you can add those to the casserole dish.
