A light and healthy lunch that couldn’t be easier.
We all want to eat healthier, and there’s nothing healthier than fresh vegetables. Unfortunately, a lunchbox filled with nothing but raw veggies just isn’t very satisfying. It doesn’t do a good job of filling your belly or satisfying your taste buds.
Fortunately, there’s an easy way to fix both problems at once: add a dip!
Veggies with dip are a lot more fun, and tasty, than veggies on their own. And a hearty dip can add substance to the meal, too, so it fills you up better.
No time to whip up a homemade dip in the morning? No problem. Just pick up some little 2-ounce cups of guacamole and pop one in your lunchbox, with carrot sticks and cucumbers for dipping. Add some cheese and crackers to bulk up the meal a bit more, and a side of grapes for dessert.
And there you go – a healthy lunch that you can actually enjoy eating. Perfect for a work lunch or school lunch!
